I guess I'm nothing more than a hopeless romantic
Just another woman spinning fairy tale evenings in my head
Day dreaming away a deep conversation that's not to be had
I'm not the girl that shines on your fortune
I'm a woman that lights up a path so you may walk from the darkness
One who feels she's easly forgotten
A prise that's been won and no longer wanted
Left sitting on a shelf collecting cobwebs
Hoping that some day I'll be worth everything to that special someone
Cause your back is all I ever see
Praying that you'll understand
I'm malnourished from your lack of affection
I don't think I'm asking too much for a little romance
For example let's turn off the tv and cook dinner together
Music playing softly in the background
Lightly taking my hand as we slowly begin to dance
Making memories to fondly look back on
Alas I'm nothing more than a silly hopeless romantic
