I was laughing with my brother,
Just playing some cards,
One against the other.
I wasn't bothering anyone.
Then my grandma takes a seat
And asks me what I think.
She asks about my decisions
If I regret leaving.
If I regret my division.
The conversation goes on
Even after I've said no
She can't tell I'm just done.
So here she goes.
So when did he decide he didn't want to go to church anymore?
When he was eleven I think.
Oh, well, eleven isn't old enough to make those kinda of decisions!
Oh really? Then why do you think an 8 year old can make their own decisions? Like baptism?
My questions were always answered with silence.
