Our Flag Was Still There

Our Flag Was Still There                November 1st, 2015

We rose from the ashes we all gave a care

We fought on our streets the battle we share

Brothers and sisters we all played a part

When the struggle was over our flag was still there

Friends and comrades died side by side

With smiles on their faces dying with pride

Patriots together with nothing to hide

We died for our country with feelings inside

Together we stood for our future and good

Struggling together the way that we should

Many died, many cried, good bye to my land

We stand by our heroes, we love our dear land

We rose from the ashes we all gave a care

We fought on our streets the battle we share

Brothers and sisters we all played a part

When the struggle was over our flag was still there
