Once upon a time
A bonnie lad was born
November the second
A cold and frosty morn
But with him he brought sunshine
With bonnie eyes of blue
A smile as sweet as summer
That stole the heart from you
Now that lad today is grown

Twenty-one the key of the door

He still has those lovely blue eyes
