'' Than What's In Our Genes ''

I'm miffed with the wife,
It's constant strife,
She's stealing my reason for living,
The one I loved is the bane of my life,
She is cruel and so unforgiving.

You smell of poo,
Yes I mean you,
As into the corner I cower,
Skid marks on men are nothing new,
They'll be gone the next time I shower.

Why don't you shave?
She'll constantly rave,
Your face feels like a wire brush,
It's the cost of razors I'm trying to save,
The nits I do love to crush.

Your breath is vile,
It smells like bile,
That's why I give kissing a miss,
The smell of a man I thought would beguile,
Darling afford me a kiss.

Your feet are clinging,
Your armpits minging,
Then you expect me to jump into bed,
Her comments at times can be quite stinging,
She says I smell like the dead.

We downtrodden males,
Can go off the rails,
All we cherish is some T.L.C.
While I want to make love you're off to the sales,
There's no sympathy for poor old me.

The love we seek,
Is full of mystique,
How to please you is beyond the male means,
In us poor souls it's havoc you wreak,
There's More To Us,

‘' Than What's In Our Genes ‘'
