I Once Was Blind But Now I See
Lyle and His Love Are Forever Mine
I do firmly believe that Lyle and his love are forever mine.
In what way?
I feel they are mine for the simplicity of it that will never change.
Lyle left this earth loving me as his brother and friend.
I am so happy that he came into my life and blessed it the way he did.
The many things he was able to fix for Dad and myself were so great.
The confections he made for the holidays were top notch and most delicious.
I could hardly wait to get to the next one that he prepared.
The pillows he made for Dad and myself were a great blessing.
Lyle was always thoughtful and considerate of my dad and myself.
Having come to see us the two loved their time with Dad and myself.
I feel though he has left the earth the love is emanating within me as I write.
The Lord has freely given me his love for myself to feel when I am down.
It is with this love that makes me feel on top of the world.
