If a person gets snared, By doing something wrong; Let the problem be shared, So pain does not prolong. Help him to turn away, From doing his misdeeds; Do in a gentle way, Catering to his needs. Watch yourself so that you, Are not tempted the same; Help carry burdens through, To the Lord in His name. This way you can follow, Just as Jesus had taught; Keeping pure and hallow, For the solutions sought. So if others believe, You're important when not; The one that you deceive, Who is in the selfie shot. So you must examine, The actions of your own; Not to cause a famine, And what God would condone. Be proud what you have done, Not comparing others; You as second to none, But equal to brothers. The person taught the Word, Should share with the teacher; The good things he has heard, Being an out-reacher. You can never fool God, For whatever you sow; You might reap being flawed, Rest assured He will know. Because of what you sow, Will be what you will reap; Corruption will then grow, From plants that only creep. C Copyright © 2015 Richard Newton Sherrer Vote for this poem
