A fairy came to me today
Because I live so far away
Grammy' she said Tiajna four
Five is knocking on her door
Goodness me I answered quick
It won't be long 'til she is six
Could you tell her she's so pretty
And hug her just a little bitty
Take her fast while she's asleep
To the place where fairies keep
All the magic fairy trees
And give her presents from me please
Tell her soon she'll go to school
Learn lots of things to keep her cool
Give her ribbons for her hair
Tell her Grams will meet her there
Underneath the bubblegum tree
I will wait, yes wait and see
Her walking happy, hand in hand
With fairies out of wonderland
She will have a lovely day
As in neverland she'll play
With the elves and fairies too
That is what my babe will do
Then she will come home to Mum
Tell her she's had lots of fun
Then awake and start to play
On this her very special day.
