I am surprised that you, So quickly desert Christ; For I have told all true, Why He was sacrificed. He called you in His grace, To follow the Good News; In wanting to embrace, While you see His views. But what some people call, As the Gospel is not; Is causing you to fall, Into a trap they got. They are confusing you, Distorting the Gospel; Not telling what is true, To all of the people. Whoever will tell you, Some good news not the same; They give a worldly view, That they want to proclaim. It is mere blasphemy, And the Lord should condemn; They are an enemy, Better in hell for them. Even if he is one, Of us that has given; He was not from the Son, As sent down from Heaven. I am telling again, What was told in the past; Christ experienced pain, So you live everlast. So I say this to win, The approval from God; Confession of your sin, As you honor and laud.
