Mesmerized By the Evening Tide

I look out at the waves as they hit the rocks.
It is a tranquil day with the sunset overhead.
Pink and orange are the colors of the sky.
Below the mountain is Raul, a painter.
He is getting his paints and easel from his car.
Sitting on the rocks next to him, Raul begins to paint.
The mountain adjacent to the water's edge is darkened and obscure.
The rocks below the mountain drink the water as it splashes higher.
There is a calming affect going on that captivates Raul's attention,.
His portrait is thus called--Evening Tide.
Happiness is shown on Raul's face as he continues to paint.
All the things close by are included within this painting.
There is a pier with the men fishermen.
Not a woman or lady  in sight but only men anglers with their poles; in the water.
There is a serenity which is most transparent for Raul.
As he takes it all places it upon the canvas for posterity.
Long does he attentively hear the whispering waves as they move.
Capturing this on canvas is a highlight for Raul and his companion.
Comforting is the sight captured on the canvas.
