I Once Was Blind But Now I See

Off In Dream Land

With a reluctance I resign myself to go to sleep.
I am deep; in my thoughts and feign what it would be like to be old.
Vain imaginations clutter my mind.
I am off in dream land.
The place where all is perfect and wholesome.
No one is hurried; in dream land.
Peace is freely exercised and offered.
Dream land has so much to offer so I take it upon myself to dream.
Loving what I am dreaming I remain asleep.
Wandering away from the real world I venture into the abyss.
With a heartfelt love I have for the people I know I want to return to the planet.
So, I awake out of my sleep and find I'm at home; in my own bed.
