Give Love a Chance to Mature

Most of us when we were teenagers felt we knew it all.
We may have had a crush on someone or we supposedly felt love.
What was love back then was puppy love not mature.
Why not mature?
Because we had not matured ourselves.
Experiencing love in the first stages is something we must all do.
But there must be a time when we have matured to accept the responsibilities.
We must not jump from one thing to the other and say it is love.
For unless it is decidedly  mature then we have something less than true love.
Ephemeral love is possibly what we have for it won't last too long.
What do we do to change it?
By being mature and consecrated to God first then to the other.
Acknowledge the responsibilities far outweigh the feelings that are associated.
This is the way it should be.
When both sides come to an agreement of maturity is when the true love will find its way to your hearts.
