THE BOY I GAVE MY SON'S ARROWS

There's a nice boy in this town
He said his mom was too dramatic
When my dogs chased her
Cow-dog mixed with Wiener Dog
But I don't think she was
I freak when something happens to my
Babies too
I felt so bad that day
Her son made me feel better later
He is such a good kid
I saw him about a week ago
Carrying a rifle by my house
He smiled and said hello
I want his mom to know
She's raising a great kid
I'm glad he likes hunting
I'm glad he likes me
It's hard to be alone most of the time
Just saying hello helps
Thank you boy
I gave my son's arrows to
May you have much practice with them
And hit the bulls-eye every time
Like you do with me
Being kind to an old lady
You're a 10/10 kind of kid
Your mom must be so proud of you
You make me glad to be here
Thank you, boy
You're on your way to being a
Great man!
