Melissa  Walks the Labyrinth

Melissa, a new friend, walks the labyrinth today.
There is one within Carteret County.
In case you know not what a labyrinth is I'll tell you.
A wooded path with flowers strewn all along the path is a labyrinth.
It is a place of meditation and contemplation for people that are not hurried in their daily activities.
Jesus has made these available for people to contemplate and meditate.
A peace is associated.
T he Lord has a purpose of having such a place for all people.
Here is where Melissa walks the path and enjoys her time.
Having someone special on her mind she feels them touching her.
It is her mother that is now walking with her.
The two converge upon the path and have a great time together.
Looking to the sky it seems the sky parts and Heaven is somewhat in view.
The sun is shining; the birds are singing; and the air seemingly has music to offer the birds an accompaniment .
Peace overtakes Melissa as her mother stops along the way and smells the flowers that have been strewn at their feet.
Joy permeates the afternoon for Melissa as she tells her mother so long.
