How do you tell a story in your own unique way?, giving it life and colour in the eyes of the reader. How do you write these words with the eloquence of an author of repute? When it comes to poetry there is no author of repute, everyone within them has a vision or a history to tell. Eloquence need not be a hindrance, develop your own perceptive narrative. Blessed are those who can see what we all see, but perceive what it really means. Gifted are the ones who convey this to another soul in a way that transports them to see through your minds eye. No-one need see your inspiration, it is your creation and share it if you wish. It may be a catharsis of self realisation, it may be your avenue to make your own thoughts tangible. Whatever your need, poetry can transport you to places you have never been before and in a way you have never imagined either. Your written words need not rhyme, its meter is not of dramatic importance, it is your inner talent finding its outlet into this erratic world.

Critiques are basically an exercise in giving you ideas which can only inspire your own creation. There is no right or wrong in poetry. Poetry is for everyone whether writing or reading.
