In today's world we often see
Very easily one can go crazy
What other reason can we find
Than sensory overload of mind
Six billion fools making noise
using every available device
Peace is very difficult to find
In this noisy day to day grind
An hour of silence each day
will reduce this in a big way
Peaceful were the times, olden
Thus, silence is called golden
