I'm trying to escape from the harrowing byways. Painted blue and red.
Closing my eyes tight while listening to the music within my head
Some people say to me that life is all but sorrow
As I look at life in the ball I know there is a new tomorrow...
I'm calling out in to the night but nothing comes back to me now,
Shouting makes no difference they only stare back at me in hollow harness
Where is life going these days I wonder. That plague is following me still
To where who can tell...closing my eyes I'm listening to the music within my head
There is no other place to be than within this light of lights, of mystery lights
So I'll gather up my everything and listen to what the word is being said again
Maybe then my dear you will be with me even though I am away from you...
All I can say is just listen to the music so you can escape, then you can escape...
B... B...
