Superstitions
Superstition is an awkward
and funny human trait
Almost every human being
harbours it in him, innate
A superstitious person can
find most of the things
To be the result of his idea
of odd little happenings
Early in the morning a black
cat crossing the way
decides the fate of all the
disasters of that day
Same person might cross a red
signal when in hurry
As long as it's not his superstition
he is free of all the worry
A thousand such examples of
superstition we all know
But how superstitions originally
started we will never know
and funny human trait
Almost every human being
harbours it in him, innate
A superstitious person can
find most of the things
To be the result of his idea
of odd little happenings
Early in the morning a black
cat crossing the way
decides the fate of all the
disasters of that day
Same person might cross a red
signal when in hurry
As long as it's not his superstition
he is free of all the worry
A thousand such examples of
superstition we all know
But how superstitions originally
started we will never know
