From the Heart Through the Pen

yosph
Freedom isn't free...

She doesn't know why she departed

He doesn't know why he tried to stay

They say we eat lies when our hearts are hungry

Explains why they ventured on despite the lack of chemistry

There's quite a lot of unanswered questions left

She'll never know love meant believing in them

Though she felt their relationship inept

He figured she'd come around

Just didn't know she'd play it like it were a phase

He really believes she was just truly afraid

But who is he to say

The vacated rooms are filled with echoes

He must admit he misses her presence

His heart literally shattered upon the realization she won't be back

Sometimes that's the way life goes

There was a certain ease he felt once he heard machinery churning

But with the chinook breeze she's gone

And that sound he sits there yearning

Feeling so lost...like his world's been thrown in the middle of Timbuktu

Pleading for help but the only to hear him is you...

Thanks for taking the time to sample this write

Hope you enjoy the others as well

Maybe soon I can get back to True Beauty

Till then there's so much that needs to flow FHTP
