for so many years, and years, this has been my struggle , my fate

fighting the battle, of the bulge, has held me back, from being the best, that i can be, , so much less than great

for those facing this same trouble, and dilema, just dont give up, keep doing yourbest , i know your quest, its never too late

sometimes, it is the cards that we are delt from birth, with a slow, metabolism, and very carb sensitive, so change your diet, get more vegies, and change your fate
