Today i walked 1.8. Miles, in 55-minutes, my first walk in a very long time
i walked around silver lake here in rochester minnesota, with 50-degree warm temperature, for this winter day with rare winter bright sunshine
So from my dassabilities, of my back, ankles, and knees
This walk today, of 1.8-miles, in minnesota, of 55-minutes, was a great, stepping stone, and milestone, for me
i competed in a 50--mile race, before
in 1985- at 29-palms california, at the pioneer days, stevens charity walk, when i was stationed there in the marine corps.
So even though, i was alot younger, and it was a very long time ago
That is what i set in my mind., as my ultimate goal
so no matter what goal that we have in mind,
short, doable, realistic, goals step, by baby step, we have to focus on and consistantly find
Today it took me 55-minutes, to walk 1.8-miles around, silver lake
Which will lead me to 55-miles one day, when i am in great shape, as mygoal, my destiny and fate
