Since, i started, my diet, of protein, vitamins, and minerals, shakes
i know one hundred percent, i am changing, my life, living, and love , destiny, and fate
I dont think that i could, eat a burger with cheese, or french fries, with ketchup, or soda pop
because, if i didnt, change and stop, as idid, three months ago, i know, myself, dead i would of dropped
Spagetti and meat balls, mac and cheese
onion rings, friedfoods, with all the greeze
Soda pop, was myvery best friend, every kind, i loved every taste, every blend
i just couldnt, drink now another drop, and call soda my friend, i cannot pretend
Eatting sweets, candy, cakes, donuts, and bagels with tasty, cream cheese, use to have, such of a delicious, swet, sweet, taste
but, right here, right now, on any, sweets, i just dont have, no time to waste
Breakfast eggs and sausage, and bacon, toast, butter and jam, with pancakes and syrup, bagels, cream cheese, pasta and more mac and cheese
i use to say, give me a second helping more please
All of the fast food restaurants, i would be so happy to taste, every, new product, and dollar deal
eatting fast food, in my car alone, gave me joy, pleasure, and happiness, simple, and real
Bur the happiness, was short and bitter sweet
as my health, and happiness, i destroyed with defeat
So im, on my ninety first, day, today, of my, LIQUID, NUTRITION!
I have my monentum, and my ammunition
I had hoped, to drop, more, weight, at this stage
but, my metabolism, is alot, slower, at my age
So --FIFTY--POUNDS-- now, i am less
but still, feel, so far, from, my very besy
So i will, continue my mission, and quest
To be, the champion, i know that i am, the best of the best
