Faith assures us of things,
Convinced as we expect;
To what the future brings,
And God will not neglect.
The existence of things,
Impossible to see;
To the heart that it clings,
Knowing it has to be.
Because of faith we feel,
Of things we cannot touch;
But we know they are real,
The sense they are as such.
Faith convinces us that God,
Had created this place;
At first it was not flawed,
Through His Word and His grace.
This means what can be seen,
Was made by what is not;
All that has ever been,
As spiritually sought.
But some only believe,
In a visual sense;
Of what they can receive,
To touch and hear as hence.
Faith leads to sacrifice,
When seeking approval;
Please God and not think twice,
About sin removal.
Faith lets you be taken,
To see your just reward;
Never be forsaken,
By the one and true Lord.
Faith will lead you to heed,
Warning of the future;
Finding solutions you need,
Enduring the torture.
Faith leads you to obey,
When called upon by God;
So you no longer stray,
As you honor and laud.
