get back up,with anew, hope, new energy, and second wind,with anew motivation,begun
Take that step one
get back up
let, renewed, courage, commitment, and strength, from, deep within you, ignite, like a mighty volcano, and erupt
When you get knocked over and down
no time to frown,get back up, dont stay down, for too long, when you get lost, become found
Get revitalized, motivated, and energized
get back up, just as soon as you can, have the courage to at least try, and try'
