its pretty, discouraging, ya know
Especially, trying to change your health and life fate
trying to get rid, of this over weight
When progress is slow, and the results are small
Your just keep, on a keeping on, doing your best, thats all
The progress, that you have made, is evident and clear
dont get too, far ahead of yourself, set a short realistic goal, and keep it simple, and near
When your progress is at a stalemate, and your progressing, too slow, standing still
be strong, as a grizzly bear, have an iron will
