The Throne
O ye, beautifully crafted shiny
white porcelain artifact
Thy art the throne in the center
of my bathroom, in fact
Thy wonderful contours are the
most pleasant sight
Shined to perfection every day,
dazzling bright
Thy soft plastic seat is of the most
comfortable design
Fit only for kings and princes and
gents like me, fine
The time that I spend sitting on
thee is the most productive
For that time this devious mind
of mine is very active
The most relaxing moments of
my day are in thy company
Many of the ideas for my poems
