Take your life slowly, enjoy your journey
this today, is hitting me right between, the eyes, and i know, i just need to slow, things down, and to be just relaxing, fancy and- free

For, too-long--, too-many days,-- weeks, --and -years, i have been, struggling-- to -loose -this -OVERWEIGHT
now, -im  in a rush, i am, in a-very- rushed, and hectic state

My journey, to success, with me striving, to be my very- best
is bringing a heavy toll, on me, more not less
The last week or so
I-have- really, been pushing hard to drop this weight ya know

This morning, im feeling, mentally, physically-- drained, and just exhausted
I just have to slow-diwn, , take it easy, as i know, there still -is -a- long journey in front of me ahead


Take- your life slowly, enjoy, your journey
enjoy, your life, take it easy, stop and smell the roses, slow it down-be-, more fancy--and.-care free
