Just. Gotta. Pace. It. -OUT
this. Mission. And. Quest. To. Be. My. Best. Is. All. That. Is. On. My. --HEART--and--MIND--and. The. Only. --thing. That. I want. To. Think. About. And. Talk--ABOUT
Just gotta take it steady- slow and easy, and pace it out
stay in the game, consistant and sure is what will endure, and is what success, is. All. About
Just have to pace it out, loosing a pound of weight it takes- alot of hard work--sacrifice, and discipline, it takes time
So let me get some rest right now, and start anew with a brand new day, and shine
i went to the gym, just now for a little over and hour or so
but, i set my goal, to pull an eight hour --an ---ALL--NIGHTER-- but that long i decided not to push it that far, so here i am, at home ya know
So just gotta pace it out nice steady consistent-- and slow
cant all night burn yourself out in the gym, --ya -know
Rest is just as important, and maybe, even more, than pushing yourself exercising and working out --all--night--in--the-- GYM
it takes a perfect balance of nutrition, exercise and rest and less stress to conquer the weight battle prolong and successfully, champion and --WIN
