Poetry started bad
But is only getting worse
Miss the site as it used to be
The old poets fading away
Poetry dipped in clay
Try to read several poems a day
Not much return reading I say
So I am putting the poetry to bed
Not judging another poets works
A true poet writes from the heart
Who knows what drives the start
I see why few critiquing poems
Is it not much worth being read
Poetry written only for vanity
And for that reason unread
