My constant miss By EDWIN FLORES, www.PoetryPoem.com/poetry2231 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
This write is for the one who gave
All that she had in life she played
Her role so well though time would come
To claim what was to daughters and sons
Never selfish, a giving soul
A want, the warmth, the need to hold
If once again would make it so
In arms but hers, missed truly knows
She gave us breath so we could live
Lives of our own to love and give
Her sentiment when time would come
To fill a void in everyone
I miss her so, my constant miss
Her peck so soft in every kiss
Left much the scent of her once here
Here quite clear where missed appears
In tears and sighs where last goodbye
Become of her this day and tries
Capture a glimpse of her held dear
In voice mails left her presence sears
Another year to celebrate
This mother's day you filled my plate
With sustenance to feed upon
My constant miss now that you're gone
Que muchas faltas me haces querida Madre
