The path to becoming your very-very--BEST--Of-- YOUR--VERY--BEST
is to set your mission. In. Your. Heart and MIND--and step by step fight and pass every challenge and test
Your movement consistant slow and sure
pace it out dont start out too fast because you will burn out and not--accomplish the mission and--ENDURE
Your nourishment your caloric. Food and drink intake
it has to be nourishing energizing --HEALTHY--and- GREAT--to- Enable you to accomplish your. Mission--and-your-mission-will-become-your-life-fitness-and-HEALTHY--FATE
YOUR. REST
without enough proper sleep. And rest you will not accomplsh your mission of--FITNESS--you will not. Be. Your very best
Your HEART--And-MIND---together --in-UNISON-- in-PERFECT-STEP--has -to -be --SET
to meet any and all challenges big and small -that come your way because if your heart and mind are not in perfect pitch abd tune you will be doomed and your mission of fitness will not be met
In anything and in everything
for if you think that you can well then you just might
If you believe it
then as simple as it is you can achieve it
If you think that you can well then just maybe you can
