First it was in the knees
Appointment for double knee surgery
standing on sidelines on crutches
Grandson went off tackle and I ran
86 yards down the sideline

So tomorrow scheduled for spinal shot
The shot in the belly for Cancer was female hormones
I am still waking up with hot flashes
Now they want to inject steroids
Avoid walking take up swimming
My stroke has become that of a beached whale
I think they are getting closer to my backside
