Survival
One coconut tree graced
the tiny island
Right in the middle of
the vast ocean
Made me wonder about the
profound nature
Of the nature and that of
survival of species
How one coconut took root
on that tiny island
And for years is dropping
coconuts in the ocean
With hope that they will find
their destiny
And take root and survive
to propagate
the tiny island
