WINE AND GATES

Unless Known, The Tooth Of Simplicity Grown

and to a finer tomorrow
fairer by the song we recoil from
the power, the taken, the taste of world's to borrow
have and to hold, the lengths of judges and reality, home

panic for a sudden first, among many to give, worst
the toil we admired, these times worth a lip
is no where more, the patience of gall, to exact the hurt
of a soul in made lams and the lands of cause, to sleep

should we shoulder the stars themselves, or is duress your inheritance
for a shall meant now, for the rest of our lives?
in the ends of misery and the skip of providence to live for chance
the heart of sense for a question in beauty to honestly give?

goodbye for now...
the tale of suggestions and modesty's imagination has become our own
for a time in waiting, the still of nights to lead the remark of held, sound
where the lips of semblance and its right to confusions lore, is all and more

but one day, the truth will be like all...
of a searching hour for ourselves, to know, the gifts of survival
of a thought to greater norms, to free the eye of courage before its fall
duty in love with a promise of its own, sanity of a season for answers, has all...
