I have been writing Christian spiritual poetry on this site, on a semi-regular basis over the past several years.

Beloved LORD Jesus Christ, you are the light of the world.
Satan's realm of darkness and shame will never over come you.
You will remain victorious! Your kingdom will be always be glorious!
Beloved LORD Jesus Christ, you are the hope of the world.
The whole world was perishing in sin and shame.
When you bore the curse of our sin upon Calvary's Cross.
Mankind need no longer need to remain lost and alone.
You are ruling from God's heavenly throne.
Beloved LORD Jesus Christ, you are the future of the world.
As it was in the very beginning, it will be in the end.
You will again walk among the children of men.
Throughout all of eternity we shall worship and adore you
and bow down before you!
Beloved LORD Jesus Christ you are the ruler of the world.
May your kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is
in heaven. You guard the gates of heaven and earth.
The kingdoms of the world have become your kingdom.
You will rule for one thousand years in the city of Jerusalem.
