are staged in the fridge, for the whole week,i did make

So my exercise, tomorrow will begin
this battle of the bulge, i am set and determined to conquer and triumphantly, win

So my ammunition is in place
so, thats, that, and tomorrow, im getting resdy to get back in the race

So step by step, and minute by minute by realstic goal
Here goes everything, and tomorrow, im getting ready to rock and roll

With my nutrition, now in place
im getting ready to pick up the pace
