FUNNEL OF THE FUTURE

I'm looking into the funnel of the future
everything is a stark nightmare, an Armageddon
this place is so poisoned it seeps into my pours
my eyes are becoming tired dripping with tears
and my body feels heavy as my life steels away

The footsteps I make disappear as if I don't exist here
all around people try to tell me something, silently…
shouting out for an answer I get nothing, all seems dead here

I need to stop sliding into this funnel, this future
