SOMETHING I CAN`T FACE

SOMETHING I CAN`T FACE

Long endless days stretching out before me
Without you this is how my life would be,
Nothing but emptiness to fill my days
A smile I would not be able to raise.

It would be a nightmare a living hell
I`d be nothing more than an empty shell,
A cloak of loneliness I`d wear like a shroud
Living permanently under a dark cloud.

The sound of silence would soon hurt my ears
Missing your voice would reduce me to tears,
No laughter to be heard and no jokes told
My heart would break with unhappiness untold.

The loss I would feel would be unbearable
My brain would become numb within my scull,
My eyes would no longer see love all around
For my heart would be buried deep underground.

I do not like what I can foresee
Therefore you must never leave me,
I know I`ll be happy to my dying day
If things were just to stay this way.
