My weight loss progress has SLOWED
i started twelve noon, on the 17th of DECEMBER, 2015-at a weight of-336-POUNDS, so to date, yesterday after the gym, i was 247.2, after my work-out was through, so to date i dropped--EIGHTY-NINE-POUNDS, so my progress has slowed, to a crawl, as i only dropped two pounds in the last , thirty-four-DAYS, so i will continue, this long, and WINDING, up and DOWN, WEIGHT-LOSS, life-CHANGING, REARRANGING-ROAD
Its changing, and rearranging, what and when you choose to EAT
its making LIFE, LIVING, and LOVE, changes, minute by minute, hour by hour, and every day, to MEET
In any ADDICTION, ALCOHOL, DRUGS, FOOD, or prescription DRUGS, and many other ADDICTIONS, of any, and MANY, other sorts, CIGARETTES, energy drinks, coffee, over working, over exercising, restricting, over doing, compulsive- disorders, and the STINKING-THINKING, of any and of ALL--and every ADDICTION
that effects, us all, ME, and EVERYONE
IN a persons, own, life, living, and LOVE, they can only break the CHAINS, of ADDICTiON, only when they are READY, really, REALLY, READy, to CLIMB, there MOUNTAIN
then when they make up there mind, thats it, and they will do it on there time THEN
Something must click INSIDE
and push them to begin, start, and get ready for the change of LIFE, and be, PATIENT, CONSISTANT, and PERSISTANT, and get ready FOR the LONG--breath--by--breath, minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day, up and down, winding, and grinding, --RIDE
Anything worth DOING, will take time and--GREAT-- SACRIFICE
most especially, when you are ceasing, and--- KILLING, -a -BAD, --UNHEALTHY--,ADDICTION--and-- VICE
So im up early, already at , zero Three hundred, and just reflecting, and thinking, and waitin to go to the GYM
for my weight LOSS, CHALLENGE, im continuing to do my BEST, every breath that i take to CONQUER, and WIN
So slow and EASY, not HARD and- FAST
is the life, living, and LOVE, changes that are going to STICK, and FOREVER, go on and LAST
All of your stinking THINKING, and BAD habits of the PAST, are over and DONE
as a new life, living, and LOVE, of YOURSELF, has now ---BEGUN
My MISSION, is FAR, from the END
but im just writing this little POEM, to try to help another get a start, and make a change, get MOTIVATED, get REARRANGED, , get REAL, and with my HEART, of SUPPORT, here I SEND
For the MISSION, of my LIFE--LIVING--and--LOVE, is going to be to REACH, and HELP, every other struggling with ADDICTIONS, of many a SORT, , to overcome and WIN
start the change, begin breath by breath, to rearrange, and just DO IT, MAKE YOUR OWN PLAN, and just DO it MAN -- and -WHEN- you are READY- to CLiMB, your MOUNTAIN, you WILL, as SIMPLE as it is YOU-- WIL---JUST---BEGIN
