Drink more WATER
you know, we gotta fall in LOVE, with WATER, just like an OTTER
WATER, is what we NEED
as a great sequoia, tree, starts off with just WATER, to grow great and tall, from a mere SEED
I think folks now a days dont drink enough PURE, water ALONE
we drink everything else, COFFEE, SODA, MILK-SHAKES, JUICES, HARD- LIQUORS, WINES, and. BEERS, GATORADE, ENERGY-DRINKS, , everything ELSE, but just PURE--WATER, --on --its --OWN
So many CALORIES, with- HIGH--SUGAR--we -consume and DRINK
For oue health and wellbeing, we NEED to DRINK more PURE--WATER, for our HEALTHS--SAKE, just stop and THINK
When you go in the GYM
you can see those who are in the GREATEST- SHAPE, and they all have the same exact HABIT, that they make, they all have a GALLON, of WATER, that they carry around and DRINK, that in a day, for their HEALTH and FITNESS to --WIN
To be in the GREATEST- SHAPE
STARTS, with DRINKING, PLENTY, of PURE-WATER, and STAY-AWAY, from all of the other BEVERAGES, ALCOHOLIC , and SUGARY-DRINKS, get AWAY, from them ALL, for your HEALTHS-SAKE-, and --ESCAPE
WATER, is what we NEED
to be GREAT, and TALL , AS the STRENGTH, STAMINA, and ENDURANCE, OF, a GREAT- sequoia- TREE
