Just be STILL
let go and Let GOD, have his WAY, and WILL
Sometimes, just SITTING, silent and STILL
brings peace and quiet to calm and soothe ,that--hurried rush , and movement, SO--stressed, over flowing, and FILLED
let yourself be STILL, and STEADY
dont get up, and move about not until your, destressed, relieved and READY
Sometimes from early morning to late at NIGHT
really we never for more than a minute can just SIT--STILL, to pause, reflect and pray, and all day and night to the point of mental and physical exhaustion we push and push , with no down time, or end in SIGHT
Just learn to SIT, and be quiet and STILL
do completely nothing, but relax and pray, dont always seek to be stimulated and busy busy always seeking and wanting to be THRILLED
Just reflect, and relax and SIT-- STILL ,when you CAN
get off of your, feet and rest instead of on your feet always at rush and STAND
Just SIT-- QUIET, and STILL, with no computers or tecnology of any sort, to cause you distractions, of any a Kind
then when you SIT-- STILL, and deep within yourself, reflect, pause and PRAY, you replenish your busy life, and become relieved from the constant, TRAFFIC, business, constant, worry, POLITICS, of your LIFE, LIVING, and LOVE, in dealing with all kinds of different peoples, good and bad, happy joyous and sad, with--turmoil strife,and, troubles, with-- stress, and--movenent and stimulation, of your body and MIND
Just SIT-- STILL
so what if you become bored, just let relaxation, peace and quiet, come into your life, living, and LOVE
without so much hustle, and bustle, and technology, and games and gadgets, and internet SITES, with-- twitter-- face book --insta-gram, and-- group --after-- group --after --group, -just- SIT-- STILL-completely, silent and alone--, with -your- cup -empty, -and --dont- even think about, getting-- up -to - even-again--FILL
