Before you climb a--MOUNTAIN
first in your, HEART- and- MIND, you have to believe that you --CAN
Before you even get up and rise to climb a mountain, first you have to look up to the top with your EYES, and believe that you --WILL
in your HEART- and -MIND, you climb the mountain, first as your, just relaxing and laying --silently--and--completely--STILL
In any endurance feat that you intend to tackle and --MEET
first in your HEART- and -MIND, you have to win the race victoriously to the top, without failure or --DEFEAT
First you have to do it in your HEART- and-- MIND
then when the first step you take on your adventure and feat, success you know that you surely, will come to --FIND
Whatever mountain that you decide to --CLIMB
you can accomplish, any feat you, set your sights on, and do it in your, rhyme and --TIME
It takes time to think and plan, your next adventure and --FEAT
then with your EYES, HEART, and -MIND, come to finish and --COMPLETE
Then when the time comes to--MOVE
naturally, you will be in a perfect, monumental-- GROOVE
Set the goals that you know you can, step by step--ACHIEVE
if you, can think it, you can achieve it, just have to--BELIEVE
Set your own personal --WORLD- RECORDS--, and improve on your distance and--TIME
just be on the ball, start very early, way before, the rising-- SUNSHINE
