Its amazing when I look back at my life
So many things over time I'd wished I knew..
I always hoped one day I'd find them all
In one place the priceless things in life true..
Oh I'd married had children worked life long
Made so much money over my entire life time..
Lived as well as one could wish to do so often
But these priceless things were never mine..
I wanted to be in love with one in love with me
To know happiness values things one can't buy..
But always the leaves of loves tree fell and died
And were never to be regardless of how I'd try..
I eventually traveled the world as such over time
It seemed there was endless searching for same..
Trying to as if in movies of old simply fall in love
And in life know sunshine instead of needless rain..
I end up thinking true love was a dream not real
And not as was imagined by endless over all time..
So I gave up searching for it being within my life
Seeing it all as a story told of feelings ever divine..
I sitting alone one day far away from all that be
Asked deeply within my very soul for it to ever be..
And out of nowhere I talked to a soul so far away
And she too had searched for it all the same as me..
Talking over a year about life and and that mattered
None of which was of material things in life of gain..
She not and I not being anything but real true friends
But we talked of things of life we needed to explain..
Sincerely soul depth communication agreed on it all
Regardless of age or life lived all the priceless things ..
Found a home to remain together as one forever more
And all the voices of real true love real true love it sings..
