Prayer and meditation ,
a powerful combination
Then how many people
willing to do meditation?
I know many prayer to God
For me it is a powerful combination
I practice meditation and prayer
everyday for the last fifteen years.
I can silence the mind by meditation
I can be free from all unnecessary thoughts
This gives me the power of concentration,
I can pray with out any distraction of mind.
I feel the combination of both helping me
and I feel the combination is very powerful.
