I went to URGENT care, for my RIGHT ARM
seems, i have done some serious hurt and harm

So ive just been taking anti- inflammatory meds--motrin, to ease the pain
but really has little effect, because, still all night, im a restless, still the exact SAME



So ive caused some damage and swelling to my right elbow area, causing swelling, and inflammation
so have test, this morning early, at QUEST, LABS, and am ready to go and get it over and done, here i am, just a waiting on the rising -SUN

So bursitis, may be the cause of inflammation and pain
so this mornin, have and xray scheduled, and blood draw, then gotta call for an ultra sound to rule out a blood clot all the same

Then an orthopedic appointment has been made STAT
so that office is suppose to call me , hopefully today, so thats that

Then in two days im a suppose to go back to URGENT CARE
and report to that, same doctor over there

So a little set back
but it hasnt thrown me off of my track

I could do very well, without this discomfort, unrest and pain
as really, i felt so exhausted the same

But the twelve hours i spent at disneyland the other day
i guess caused, over exercise, and injury to my right arm some way

Then the eight hour bus trip and journey
the other day, seems to have added up and hindered ME

So here i am with this pain, and -- immobilization of my arm, and swelling at the elbow, the same 
so its my own fault of--over exercise, and my bag and blame

I know that ive a lost now, exactly ninety-six pounds on now today --my eighth month and nineth DAY
so my body muscle mass has been weakened and deteriated i know in every way

So i, have to take care of these tests
then to catch up and better get my rest

I know i must limit the range of motion of this my right arm
so even this typing movement doesnt,  give me more hurt and harm

But when i write i PRAY
and reflect my heart feelings in the poems, that  i write and SAY

So will a try to get some more rest
before im on my way, to get started on all of these tests

I am gonna beat this hurt and pain
am gonna continue my mission, to get , to my goal weight, and then build my strength, stamina and endurance up the exact same

So just a little bump in the road again
so just gotta take care of the mission on hand, heal my right arm, and MEND
