When i awake in the morn, i feel very exhausted, worn out and TIERD
i feel older than old, like im ready to EXPIRE
I hate to have to take a PAIN med, just to get my mind off of this PAIN
but without that little pain pill, im awake the entire night the same
So today, back to urgent care, soon i will return
to see the doctor, and the results of my right arm xray, and blood work, the results come to LEARN
So friday, an orthpedic doctor is suppose, to asperate, this excess fluid around my right arm ELBOW
and my hope and prayer is that, from that procedure, this pain, discomfort, and immobilization, will just vanish, and AWAY she --- GOES
I dont even feel like putting in the EFFORT, to even take A--SHOWER, right now
so am gonna do my best of my best to survive this day somehow
Constant discomfort and severe pain, many folks must deal with each and every minute and movement of --every--second--of---EVERYDAY
for me right now, i just hate to fall victim, of having, to take a pain pill again, to relieve this pain, as here i go again this new day , on my WAY
I have taken care of great and famous -ACCOMPLISHED--ALTHLETES
who have accomplished world championships as their-- FEAT
But with dealing with chronic fatigue and severe pain, from their sports --INJURIES
they had no choice but TO- rely--and--DEPEND-- on a pain med, as now just like--ME
So many become addicted to pain meds
and many do not survive this addiction, and fall off track and drop dead
So those who are in great pain
try your best to survive,and thrive, on other hollistic measures, to deal and beat your pain, the same
Start with a simple PRAYER,
talk to another person, who your deepest feelings, you know that with them you can share
Then just keep HOPE, alive
and move forward, endure, and do the best that you can to SURVIVE, and THRIVE
So now after writin this little sad POEM
im gonna push through this discomfort and pain, and take a quick shower anyway, and beat this pain, on my --OWN
But im, beating it with my --simple--PRAYER
and as im a writing here, i just know at least one person out their in the WORLD, is relating to this dilemma, of dealing with pain, the exact same, and somebody--Understands, and --really--CARES
