rest--ICE--COMPRESSION--ELEVATE

So i see a marked improvement,from my elbow and arm
and the swelling, bruising, and immobilization, bursitis injury and harm

So, the anti-inflamatory meds of NAPROSYN, of 500mg--BID
is soothing the pain, and swelling of this injury, and-slowly, is helping ME

Its 0825" and i feel, much more rested for sure
and i really lost track of time, as really this whole week--, this extreme pain, discomfort and hinderance i did endure

But now as i know, my blood tests results are good, as well as xrays, and ultra-sound-- and all levels are WNL, within normal LIMIT
im rejuvinated, remotivated, and revitalized, with my mission in my mind, to be my best of my best, completely and totally FIT

So really this movement on my ipad of typing 
i know this constant movement of my right arm, some hinderance to this- injury it may bring

So, ill ease the movement and rest the arm as is the doctor order
so to ensure complete healing and total- quick recovery for sure

So its rest, limited movement of the injured arm
to stop and prevent any further hinderance, injury, swelling, pain and harm

Then ICE, applied over a towel, to decrease the swelling, and pain, 
and let this injury slowly heal the same

Then compression, as the doctor gave me a tight sleeve to wear constantly, over my right elbow
he told me to never take it off, no matter where i go

And to keep the injured arm elevated as much as i can
so that is R.--I.--C.--E,  and thats my mission to beat this injury man
