Im awake again, too
and am gettin ready to get along my way, and do what i gotta do
At least im a happy i got a good rest
So feel energized, better, not any less
So will start my day off at the gym
and my momentum, and motivation, get started and win
So alot of things are on my mind
So will stay focused, as i have, my mission and my quest, up front, forefront and center , ON-- line
I know the sacrifice, discipline and focus it takes to even cut half of a pound in a day
i know the focus that it requires and takes, and how everything has to be perfect, and fall in place in every way
Im awake again too
i feel very well rested, had a good day yesterday with BELLA, my grand daughter, so now with loyalty and discipline, here she GOES, as step, by step, i gotta make heads way, and progress and set my goals, and do what i know i gotta do
Any mountain top, any goal you can accomplish and triumphantly to the top climb
but, be patient, preservere, and just be slow, steady, focused, step by positive baby step, and one breath, at a TIME
