Time to us today not the same time of long ago
Once time was kinder and ever to all more so..
Now all a slave to another's time as we all know
Their time it rules us all on earth as we grow..
Time written of for as long as time was called time
Many trying to understand instead of reality divine..
Not making real good use of of time down life's line
Looking back in regret at time as if flipping a dime..
They've sang of time of so many wasting time over time
And still we allow time to slip by more so in life a crime ..
With us all belonging to time while others steal ours fine
Until we look back in regret at years wasted down the line..
