I know is like the chaos, and unrest of being in  the middle of a RiOT

 

The first twenty four hours you will be OKAY

Because before you begin, you are usually eatting and over eatting anything and everything that you know you can eat no more , anyway

 

So the second day

The going gets a little tougher i would have to say

 

But by the third day

You begin --ASKING---yourself, --in everyway, if on this mission and quest you wish to sacrifice all the pleasures  of so many foods in the world -and have the commitment and resolve of a ---liquid diet--- and --drastically,-  change and rearrange your life this a way

 

Then if you do make it to day four

You almost made it, to the shore

 

And day five

If you reached this milestone, you have your dream and mission in your heart and mind, and hope is alive

 

But its not smooth sailing

Not until really the tenth day you are still sticking to your mission and plan, and prevailin

But even this very moment in time for me -----at -MONTH--number--nine--and--days--of--a--nine-----i--have--to--tell--ya--its--just--not--easy--or--smooth--sailing--you--just--gotta--focus--minute--by--minute--and--keep--on--a--prevailing

 

But as for me i sacrifice my sleep

As twenty four hours a day, really my guard up i have to-- stay --focused --and --keep

 

All--- through--- the--- night, ---i ---will ---wake ---from ---my ---rest

I --will --drink-- gallons-- of --fluids --to --keep --my --body --nourished --and --hydrated-- at --its --best

 

So -usually -every -two -hours -i -have -to -urinate

This -is -the -price- you- have -to -pay, -if -success -you -wish- for -on -a -liquid -diet -as -your- fate

 

You- never- let -yourself- crave- and- get -hungry- at -all

Because -if -you -do,- you -will -slip--stumble,- tumble -and -regrettably-- fall

 

My daughter has a friend who is on a liquid diet and today is her day number three

She is struggling and from whole foods trying to break free

 

She is missing breads and her favorite foods of choice

I told my daughter to tell her to fall in love with every vegetable, and dream of cooking preparing each and every vegetable and healthily plan to eat and vegetables rejoice

 

For me i know i will one day be able to --1EAT-and-ENJOY-and-APPRECIATE-in-MODERATION-- every foods of my desire and choice

But as i said i have falllen in love with,  every world vegetable  and that is going to be the foods that i am going to love and rejoice

 

First and foremost for me, a habit of exercise i must reinstate

And the right foods primarily--whole--vegetables to be my life choice, if success is going to be my life fate

 

I have lost hundreds and hundreds of pounds in my sixty years and counting

And have always fallen off track and there you go, again and again gained it and more back, its a sad song too many a time i did a sing

 

But this is it, and the bottom of the line

 Im on a mission and a quest, and im a going to do it once and  for all this a time

 

So ---the ---minutes--- and ---hours ---and ---day ---by ---day,--- still ---is ---a ---challenge ---and ---a ---struggle ---and ---a ---FIGHT

But --the --days-- turn-- into-- night, --and --with --my --mission --in --my--heart-- and --mind, --the --night-- turns-- into --a --new-- day --with --a --DREAM-- so --brilliant-- and --BRIGHT
